Cardiology

Dr. Petrie graduated from the University of Guelph Ontario Veterinary College in 1994 and completed a residency in veterinary cardiology at The Animal Medical Center in New York.  He’s a board-certified veterinary cardiologist, with a special interest in echocardiography and feline cardiomyopathies, and performs cardiac ultrasound for NYCH patients. He has lectured nationally and internationally, is actively involved in clinical research, and has published several articles and book chapters on veterinary cardiology.
